An Awareness Table is for organizations that want to share information, collect petition signatures, hand out literature, or sign up members — no money changes hands. A Fundraiser Booth allows direct fundraising: collecting donations, selling branded merchandise, or offering raffle tickets in compliance with Texas law.

Yes, we require a current IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter as part of the application. Faith-based organizations and civic groups with equivalent non-profit status may qualify — contact us if you're unsure whether your organization is eligible.

We accept applications for individual weekend dates or multi-weekend seasonal blocks. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after approval. To keep the market welcoming a variety of causes, we limit any single organization to four weekends per calendar quarter.

Volunteers are welcome. Handing out sealed, individually packaged items (bookmarks, stickers, seed packets) is permitted. Distribution of food items requires compliance with Dallas County health regulations and advance approval — contact us before including this in your application.

Email info@dallasfarmersmarket.org with your organization name, 501(c)(3) status, the dates you're requesting, and a brief description of your planned activity. Include a copy of your determination letter. We'll follow up within two weeks to confirm eligibility and schedule your dates.
